These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messaging between Sandhills Motoring, LLC (“Sandhills Motoring,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and individuals who consent to receive text messages from us.
About Our Text Messaging Service
Sandhills Motoring uses SMS text messaging for individual conversations with members, prospective members, event participants, customers, and other individuals requesting assistance.
Messages may include responses to inquiries, membership assistance, discussions about event participation, appointment coordination, and assistance related to The Vault, including vehicle access, pickup, delivery, and storage questions.
This service is intended for conversational communication with our representatives.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By expressly opting in to receive text messages from Sandhills Motoring, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
We obtain your permission before sending text messages. Providing a telephone number for membership, registration, a purchase, or an inquiry does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
Consent to text messaging is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, becoming a member, registering for an event, or using The Vault.
You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Please notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your inquiries, requests, and ongoing conversations with our representatives. Conversations may involve multiple messages over time.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent or received according to your wireless plan. Contact your carrier with questions about these charges.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from messages sent by that Sandhills Motoring number.
You may also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may receive one confirmation message acknowledging your request. After that confirmation, no further text messages will be sent from that number unless you opt in again.
If you communicate with more than one Sandhills Motoring number, an opt-out applies to the number receiving your request. To request that we stop texting you from all Sandhills Motoring numbers, email info@sandhillsmotoring.com.
You may resume a conversation by replying START to the applicable number.
